1. General Refund Principles
SaviaExperto is committed to delivering exceptional engineering work. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties, recognizing that software development involves real labor costs. We will always attempt to resolve issues before any refund becomes necessary.
2. Consultation Fees ($25)
- Full refund Cancellation made 24+ hours before the scheduled call.
- No refund Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show without notice.
- Credit applied The $25 fee is credited toward your project cost if you proceed within 30 days.
3. Project Payments
Before Work Begins
- Eligible If you cancel before any work has started, you receive a full refund minus a 3% payment processing fee.
During Active Development
- Conditional Payments for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable as the work has been performed.
- Conditional For partially completed milestones, we will refund the proportional amount of work not yet performed.
- Eligible All work completed to date will be delivered to you upon cancellation and final settlement.
After Delivery
- Non-refundable Accepted deliverables are non-refundable.
- Eligible If deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications and we cannot resolve the issue within 14 days, a proportional refund will be issued.
4. Our Commitment to Quality
If you are unsatisfied with any deliverable:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery describing the specific issue.
- We will review the issue against the agreed specifications within 48 hours.
- If valid, we will fix the issue at no additional cost within the agreed timeline.
- If we cannot resolve it, a partial or full refund for that milestone will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- You change your mind about the project direction after work has been completed per specifications.
- Delays or issues caused by your failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals.
- Changes in business priorities or budget constraints on your end.
- Third-party service failures outside our control (AWS outages, payment gateway issues, etc.).
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@saviaexperto.com with your project reference, the specific issue, and supporting evidence. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
